Taqueria Santi is a food truck tucked into a small courtyard off Armenia. It took me three passes before I finally spotted it. The truck sits between a transmission shop and a lawn mower store — not exactly a destination you stumble onto by accident.
There are a couple of picnic tables under an awning for outdoor seating. This is very much a “you came here on purpose” kind of place.

The Food
The menu is fairly limited. They offer burritos, quesadillas, tacos, tortas, and a few other items, but notably there are no sides — no corn, no refried beans, nothing extra to round out a meal.
I ordered sopes and tacos.
The sopes were quite good. The shells had a nice crunch on the outside, though they were a bit chewy on the inside. The beef was what you often find at places like this — closer to roasted brisket than ground or shredded beef.
The tacos were good, but not great. The al pastor, in particular, could have used a bit more flavor on its own.

The Sauces
This is where Taqueria Santi does better.
The red sauce — likely habanero — was hot and flavorful. It was hot enough that there was no mistaking it.
The green sauce helped elevate the al pastor. When I added a little of both sauces to the second taco, it made a noticeable difference. I did the same with the second sope, and it improved that as well.
The Experience
This is a food truck experience in the literal sense. Seating is minimal, the location is easy to miss, and the menu is focused to the point of being sparse. None of that is inherently bad, but it does affect the overall impression.
Verdict
Good sopes and solid tacos, but limited options keep it from standing out.
